On a death certificate that I have it says this was the place of burial for Mary C. Young born Dec. 25, 1838 and died March 30, 1915. I have a copy of her obituary from the Kerrville Advance in the April 8, 1915 issue #27. I found the beautiful picture  http://www.cemeteries-of-tx.com/Wtx/Kerr/cemetery/japonica.htm Went through the names but her name was not there? Notice that this survey was did in 2002 soooooo you would have to had picked up her name.  Apparently she has no marker! Her husband Stephen, is buried back in Mississippi (civil War Soldier) and I have found no marker for him!  Would like for her name to be added as Known to be buried here.  (Peggy A. Young)

Mrs. Mary Catherine Young died in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ida A. Cannon on the 29th of March. She had been sick for quite a while.
Deceased was born in Mississippi on Christmas Day  and was at the time of her death between 75 and 80 years of age. She leaves Seven children 3 dead and 4 living. Will Young of Mississippi. Georgia Knox of Gonzales County, Martha McKensie of Robert, AR. The dead Miss. Sallie Young, California, Jim Young. Her Husband has been dead about 30 years.
Sister Young had been at the time of her death a member  of the Missionary Baptist Church about sixty years, a long time indeed, to live a christian life and work for the Master. But such a record is worth our best consideration and we should remember that it is ours to live a true church life, as she and others have done, if we will only submit to the Master's will and allow him to take the lead of our lives and rule and reign therein instead of sin and the devil. It was told the writer by one close related to her that during the 60 years of her church life, that she lived a consistent and devoted life. Sister Young has only left this body of clay to be with her heavenly Father. She has just gone on to await the coming of the host that love the Lord.
To those who weep because of her parting. remember that she can't come back to you, but you, through Christ, can go to her, and in the glory world there is no separation and sorrow.
May God give each of you every needed blessing, and help you to live pure Christian lives is my prayer.
