M. Aline Brown
ODESSA — M. Aline Brown, 92, went to be with her Lord Jesus on March
9, 2004.
She was born Jan. 22, 1912, in Corpus Christi to Clay and Marion
Chandler. After graduating from Pampa High School, she married Noble
Brown in 1935. They soon moved to Notrees, Texas where he worked at the
Shell Gasoline plant for 25 years. They helped start Notrees Baptist
Church. In 1963, they retired, moved to Odessa, and became faithful
members at First Baptist Church. After Nobles death in 1983, Aline
became active at Crescent Park Baptist Church with her sister. Aline
truly loved the Lord Jesus and her family and friends. Her sweet smile
and many words of encouragement will be missed by all.
Aline is survived by one sister, Helen C. Warren; six nephews, Dr. Bob
Warren, the Rev. Charlie Warren, Mark Warren, Kenneth Say, Olin
Salisbury and Tony Salisbury; one niece, many cousins; and close
friends.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Crescent Park Baptist Church
with the Rev. Johnny Dickerson and the Rev. Charlie Warren officiating.
Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Services entrusted to Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
