Potter's Field Cemetery
Cottle County, Cemeteries of Texas
Submitted by Sydney Key
Very little is known about Potter’s Field Cemetery located east of Paducah at Landfill II. The late Mr. A. C. Hageman was an employee of Norris Funeral Home and recalled the original site was moved from across the creek on the far side of the landfill to the near side of the creek to avoid crossing the creek. There are only two permanent markers in the cemetery, one home-made and the other a marker for Albert Johnson placed there in 1936
