More Details About The Sauer Cemetery

(Located about 150 yards from the road leading to the Moore Ranchhouse on the South side of the Blanco River, about 3 miles from the town square on Hwy 1623/165/4th Street. Ranch gate on right after crossing the River is usually locked. The cemetery is surrounded by a 4 foot chain link fence with unlocked gate and has two large Ashe junipers and a small Laurel tree inside the fence. According to Bryan Moore, the children were killed in an Indian raid)
