Location:  Twin Sisters Area - Located 2 1/2 miles south of Little Blanco Inn on 281.  Turn left a few hundred yards after passing the Kendalia Road cut off, past the old Koch Place and about 1/4 mile from the farmhouse on the fenced road.  It sits on a hill and is fenced.   In 1984 the place belonged to
Ada Studer Ward.

Name: Nathalia Schmidt Liesmann
Born: Jun 26 1843 in Coblenz, Germany
Died:  1928
Married: Heinrich (Henry) Liesmann
Children: Walter; Max; Ed; Henry; Ernest; Hugo; Rudolph;
Adele Liesmann Klinger; Alma Liesmann Coers; Lisa Liesmann Saner.
Parents names are not known.  Nathalia came from Germany around
1845 with her family.  After landing at Indianola, Texas, on the way
north to New Braunfels they died of yellow fever and are buried in
New Braunfels.  She and her sister were placed in the orphans's home
in New Braunfels.  Her sister was seven years older and when she married,
she took Nathalia with her.

Wife: Nathalia Schmidt Liesmann
Children: Same as above
Parents: George Liesmann; Mother is believed to have died before Henry
and his father left Germany for America.  His father married twice after
he came to America and had 2 more sons and 1 daughter.

Born: Aug 02 1880
Died: 1902
Parents: Heinrich (Henry) and Nathalia Schmidt Liesmann

Name: Aurora Coers
Infant daughter of Albert and Alma Liesmann Coers.  They had six other
children; 5 boys and 1 girl.  Albert printed a German Newspaper in
New Braunfels for years.   no marker.
