Mound Olive Cemetery, Custer County, Oklahoma

About the cemetery: It's a very small cemetery, on about 2 acres or so, surrounded by farm land on 3 sides and the Highway on the 4th. There are no fences around it, but there are a line of tall trees at the back side separating it from the fields. There is a small dirt road off the highway that drives to the back line of trees where there is room for 1 car to park. The headstones there are all very old, but someone in the community comes out and cuts the grass keeping the cemetery in somewhat good shape. The majority of the graves in this cemetery belong to the Roof family. There are many graves now unmarked.

Location:  7 miles North of Weatherford on Hwy 54, on West side, NE of Legal 18-14-14
