Mrs. Velora M. Hooper

LOGANSPORT, LA- Funeral services for Mrs. Velora M. Hooper will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2006 in the Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Logansport. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM till 9:00 PM on Monday September 11, 2006 in the funeral home.

Mrs. Hooper, 81, of Logansport, died on Sunday, September 10, 2006 in Nacogdoches, TX. She was a life resident of Logansport and was a retired Bookkeeper and Income Tax preparer. She loved people and had many friends and was a member of First Baptist Church Logansport.

She is survived by: one son and daughter-in-law: Jimmy Ray and Kay Hooper of Mena, Ark; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; special niece and husband : Betty and Lanny Williams of Nacogdoches, TX.

Pallbearers will be: Michael Hall, Kelly Cooper, Kiley Cooper, Delbert King, Heith Parker and Josh Graves. Honorary pallbearer will be Shane Mosley.
