Mr. Dow Odell Cox

Spring Ridge Cemetery, Mansfield

SHREVEPORT, LA - Mr. Dow Odell Cox was born March 28, 1927 in San Beneto, TX. He passed away Friday, September 1, 2006 in Shreveport, LA. Mr. Cox was 79. Funeral services celebrating his life will be held at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel, Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Reverend Pat Rovell will preside. Graveside services will follow in Spring Ridge Cemetery, Mansfield, LA at 2:00 p.m.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Monday, September 4, 2006 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Mr. Cox is survived by his wife, Noma Faye Nash Cox; his sons, Kenneth Thompson and wife, Debra, Floyd Cox and wife, Gail, Jerry Cox, and Ray Cox and wife, Debra; his daughter, Janet Robinson and husband, John; his sisters, Pauline Sandifer,Sue Hobson; his brothers, Emmett Cox, Delbert Cox; eight grand children; six great-grandchildren Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Southside Chapel 687-1256.
