SHEVEPORT, LA - Funeral service for Mr. Sharper Carthren, Jr., 64, will be held Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Good Samaritan Funeral Home. 2200 Laurel St. Officiating will be Reverend Claude White. Interment will be at Providence Cemetery, Stonewall, LA. Family hour will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday night in funeral home chapel.
