Frank Bedsole

Lone Cedar Cemetery, James, TX

Funeral services for Frank Bedsole, 51, of Mansfield were held on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Chapel in Logansport with Bro. Pat Kavanaugh of Benson Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Lone Cedar in James, Texas. Visitation was held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Logansport on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 from 5 to 9 p.m.

Mr. Bedsole died in Mansfield on March 27, 2006.

He worked in the oilfield in various capacities for most of his life. He later went to help put out the last oilfield fires in Kuwait in 1991. After this, Mr. Bedsole returned home to start his own company. He had been the proud owner/operator of M&F Trucking, hauling saltwater for El Paso Production for the past 10 years.

He was proud to be a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Mr. Bedsole was preceded in death by his parents Henry C. and Letha Bedsole; and by brothers Henry and Gerald Bedsole.

He is survived by his wife, Mable Bedsole of Mansfield; daughters, Paula Wiggins of Grand Cane and Christy Bedsole of Little Rock, Ark.; sisters, Martha Floyd of Lake Charles and Marie Welborn of Shreveport; brothers Blanchard Bedsole of Houston, Texas, John Bedsole of Mansfield and Kenneth Bedsole of Mansfield; and one granddaughter, Tiffany Bass.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Sims, Sr., Jimmy Sims, Jr., Marion Sims, Jesse Sims, Clyde Sims, Jr., and Dustin Sims. Honorary pallbearer was Clay Samuels.
