Mrs. Betty L. Moncrief

Longstreet Cemetery

SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside services for Bettty Moncrief, 82, will be held on Friday, September 8, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Longstreet Cemetery.

Mrs. Moncrief was born September 26, 1923 in Vivian, Louisiana. She passed away on September 5, 2006 in Shreveport. She retired from Highland Clinic and was a former resident of Longstreet, LA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Moncrief; parents, Sula and Ernest Ivins; and sister, Ernestine Nicholson. She is survived by two sons, Jerry and wife, Dolly Moncrief of Longstreet and Mickey and his wife, Judy Moncrief of Shreveport; five grandchildren, Dawn Edwards, Carmen Toner, Suzie Albright, Kim Fair and Jeff Moncrief and their spouses and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
