Frances Ellis Williams

Liberty CME Church Cemetery, Keatchie

KEITHVILLE, LA - Funeral services for Frances Ellis Williams, 91, will be held at 11 a.m. Sat. Dec. 2, 2006 at Morning Star Baptist Church, 5340 Jewella Ave., Rev. J. Gregory Jones officiating. Burial at Liberty C.M.E. Church Cemetery. Open visitation is scheduled Friday, Dec. 1, 2006 from 12 - 8 p.m. at Good Samaritan Funeral Home.

Mrs Williams died November 27, 2006 at Willis Knighton South after a brief illness. She was born Dec. 15, 1914 in Keatchie, LA. She was a resident of Keithville, LA and a member of Liberty C.M.E. Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Will & Mattie Ellis; husband Eddie Williams; daughter, Rosie Anderson and step-children Eddie Lee Davenprot and Grover C. Williams; brothers, Scott Ellis, Henry Ellis, Levy Ellis, George Ellis; one sister Lula V. Smith; son Bernard Williams.

She is survived by her children, Robert L. Williams, Ella Palmer, Mary Garner, Minnie Wright; and step-children, Willie M. Scott and M.L. Ford.

Pallbearers will be James Anderson, Richard Anderson, Todd Palmer, Danny Scott, Paul Williams, Terry Williams and Thomas Williams. Good Samaritan Funeral Home.
