Audrey Marie Lawrence Silver

Highland Cemetery, Mansfield, DeSoto Parish, LA

MANSFIELD, LA - Audrey Marie Lawrence Silver passed away Tuesday; December 26, 2006 she was 92 years old. Born in Mansfield, Louisiana on February 2, 1914 she was the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. T. J. Lawrence. She was preceded in death by her husband Roger H. Silver and her son, Roger H. Silver, Jr.

Audrey Silver was a charter member of the Bon Chasse Chapter of the DAR and a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority at LSU. She is survived by her son, Lawrence S. Silver, and his wife, Debbie, of Melissa, Texas; her granddaughter, Kathy Sutton, and her husband Joey of Ruston Louisiana, her granddaughter, Beth Smith, and her husband, Carl, of Bastrop, Louisiana; her grandson, Scott Silver of Birmingham Alabama, and her grandson, Andrew Silver and his wife Stephanie of Austin Texas. Four great grandchildren, Michael and Chase Sutton of Ruston Louisiana and Sara and Megan Smith of Bastrop Louisiana, also survive her. In addition her devoted long-time caregiver, Beatrice Rankin of Mansfield, Louisiana, survive Mrs. Silver.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at Highland Cemetery in Mansfield, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Ron Brown, Officiating.
