Linda Strong Hisaw

Highland Cemetery, Mansfield, DeSoto Parish, LA

MANSFIELD, LA - Funeral services for Linda Hisaw, 64, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 17, 2006 at Rose-Neath Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Thumper Miller. Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery, Mansfield, LA.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the funeral home.

Linda Hisaw, born September 3, 1942 in Wadley, AL, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2006 in Shreveport, LA. Mrs. Linda was loved by all and will be greatly missed. She really loved working for DeSoto Regional Hospital where she considered her co-workers as her second family.

Linda Hisaw was preceded in death by, her first husband Charles Wesley Arnold; parents, Jack and Margaret Strong; and one sister, Jackie Strong.

She is survived by sons, Michael Arnold and wife Valerie, Donnie Arnold and fiancee Amanda May, and Whitney Hisaw; daughter, Cindy Arnold Brodnax and husband Robert; sister, Jane Hayes and husband Mike; sister-in-law, Anne Barker and husband Wes; brothers, Charles "Termite" Strong; and a host of grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Cal Smith, Robert Wadsworth, Al Flanders, Paul Stephens, Scott Stafford, Dr. Donald Taylor, Dr. Denis Kamberov, and Dr. Leigh Dillard.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Board of Directors of DeSoto Regional Hospital and the Medical Staff.
