Faye Clemons

Highland Cemetery, Mansfield, LA

MANSFIELD, LA - Faye Clemons, 74, of Mansfield, LA passed away Friday May 5, 2006. She was surrounded by her family and went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior.

Funeral services will be Monday May 8, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Rose-Neath Chapel Mansfield, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Joe Waggener and Rev. Thumper Miller. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday May 7, 2006 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM.

She was preceded in death by her grandson Jonathan Clemons; sister Nancy Young Ferguson, brothers Jessie, Sam and Otis Young; parents John and Edith Young.

Mrs. Clemons is survived by her husband of 44 years Jon Clemons; daughters Roni Haddox and husband Mike; Carolyn Hunter and husband Thomas; son Jon Patrick Clemons and wife Susan; grandchildren Holly Hunter Allen, Emilea Haddox, Ben Haddox, Katy Hunter, and Lauren Clemons, great grandchildren Tyler and Samantha Allen; sisters Joyce Bennett and husband Bobby, and Johnnie Raines and husband Douglas; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Al Flanders, Bob Bufkin, Dr. Kamberov, Dave Means, Bob Plumber, Vernon Sebastian, and Orland Dodson.

One of the highlights in Faye's life was her profession as a Real Estate Agent because of her love for people which was apparent by anyone who ever knew her.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the Jonathan Clemons Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Capital One Mansfield Branch.
