Mr. T.J. "Ted" Hansen

Forest Park West Cemetery, Shreveport, LA

STONEWALL, LA - Funeral services for Mr. T.J. "Ted" Hansen, 77, will be held at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel, Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. Steve Slaughter will preside. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery, Meriwether Road.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Monday, April 17, 2006 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Mr. Hansen was born October 19, 1928 to the late Christian and Gladys Hansen. He passed away Thursday, April 13, 2006 at his residence in Stonewall, LA. Mr. Hansen was owner and operator of Hansen Painting and Decorating for over 30 years.

He is survived in death by his daughters, Cheryl Jane Hodgkiss and husband, Glenn of Shreveport, LA, and Ronda Thompson and husband, Warren of Sikes, LA; and his grandchildren, Christina Hodgkiss and Joseph Thompson.

Pallbearers will be Don K. Clifton, Don Woodard, Billy Deal, Grey Thompson, Victor Simmons and Bob Henderson.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Willis Knighton Liver Transplant Clinic, to Dr. McMillan, to Dr. Zibora and to the Odyssey Hospice for their compassionate care during this difficult time.
