Rayburn Burch

STANLEY, LA - Graveside service for Rayburn Burch, 79, will be Sunday, December 14, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Stanley, LA. Officiating the service will be his son Ronald Burch. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, December 13, 2008 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM.

Rayburn was born in Stanley, LA to Lonnie and Martha Burch on April 3, 1929 and passed away at home with his family by his side on December 11, 2008.

Preceding Rayburn in death was his son James Stephen Burch. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 59 years Joan Burch; three sons Michael Burch, Joe Burch and wife Teresa, and Ricky Burch and wife Debbie; brother Jarrell Burch and wife Altheon; sister Corinne Stone; five grandsons; two granddaughters Angela Cleveland and Jennifer Burch; and four great grandchildren.

Honoring Rayburn, as pallbearers will be his grandsons Stephen Burch, Joey Burch, Brandon Burch, Lucas Burch, Adam Burch, and Richard Cleveland. Honorary pallbearers will be Pete Liles and Max Watkins. Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Logansport, LA, 318-697-4441
