MANSFIELD/DESOTO, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Thornton, 66, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wed. March 26, 2008 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Mansfield, LA with Rev. Steve Casey, and Rev. Alton MIddleton officiating. Burial will be at Mansfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tues. March 25, 2008 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Mansfield, LA.

Mrs. Thornton, born in Mansfield, LA, died March 23, 2008 at her residence in Mansfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Flelix Thornton; son, David Thornton and father, Tommy Taylor.
