Elizabeth H. Jackson

Highland Cemetery, Mansfield

MANSFIELD, LA- Funeral services for Elizabeth H. Jackson, 95, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 3, 2008 at Rose-Neath Mansfield Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Bob Latham of Antioch Baptist Church. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery, Mansfield, LA.

She was owner of A. Frank Jackson Company.

The family will receive friends from Wednesday January 2, 2008, 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Elizabeth, born March 28, 1912 in Desoto Parish, passed away Monday, December 31, 2007 in Mansfield, LA.

Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley and Sally Howell; 2 sisters, Lois Marie Howell and Mattie Howell Webber; 5 brothers, Alfred Eugene Howell, Henry Howelll, Bobby Howell, Wiley J. Howell and Hugh Howell.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Bell Cox of Mansfield, LA; nephew, Wayne Howell of Clute, TX; niece, Barbara Toucheque of Clute, TX and nephew, James J. Polk of Mansfield, LA.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Heard, Doug Green, Bubba English, Glenn Prudhome, Don Jones and Gary Calhoun.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Don Taylor, Ronnie Valentine, Dr. Jack Grindle, Steve Baker, Steve Jones and Jack Gamble, Jr.
