Helen Jackson De Soto

Carmel Catholic Cemetery

MANSFIELD, LA- Funeral services for Helen Jackson De Soto will be held in Mansfield at Rose-Neath on Friday, July 11, 2008 at 10:30 AM with internment to follow at the Carmel Catholic Cemetery.

Mrs. De Soto died on Tuesday after a brief illness. Her family extends grateful appreciation to Dr. Jeffrey Evans and all the staff of the DeSoto Regional Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert De Soto and parents, Leo and Lillian Jackson.

Survivors are her children, Randy De Soto, Lonnie and Paula De Soto and Sue and Kenneth Valentine; grandchildren, Jesse De Soto, Sarah De Soto, Ginnie and Jeremy Locke and Janice and Brandon Luneau and great-grandchildren, Ella & Emmarie Locke.

Mrs. De Soto was born in Mansfield and was a lifelong resident of DeSoto Parish.

Pallbearers will be Nile Copeland, Glenn De Soto, Jeremy Locke, Bubba Locke, Brandon Luneau and Glen Smith. Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Mansfield Chapel 318-872-4660
