Margaret Hughes Jarvis

SHREVEPORT, LA- Funeral services for Margaret Hughes Jarvis, 78, will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at 11:00 A.M. in the Forest Park Funeral Home Chapel, 1201 Louisiana Ave., Shreveport, LA. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery, Logansport, LA.

Mrs. Jarvis was born on July 28, 1930, in Mansfield, LA., and passed away on Friday, July 25, 2008, in Shreveport, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Molly Hughes; daughter, Debra Kay Wardlaw, two sisters and seven brothers.

She is survived by two sons, David Brown and George Brown and his wife, Debbie, all of Keithville, LA; a daughter, Susan and her husband, Shawn, of Princeton, LA; seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
