Haven Howell

Pelican Cemetery

PELICAN, LA - Services for Mr. Haven Howell, 91 will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, Mansfield, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Carl Munyon, pastor of Pelican United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Pelican Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 AM, Tuesday until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Howell was born April 13, 1918 to Harry Howell and Sally Breazeale Howell in Pelican, LA. He was a member of the Pelican United Methodist Church, was very active with the Council on Aging and served in Desoto Parish for many years with the selection of prospective jurors. He loved music and was a member of the Pelican Wildcats band.
