Leonard "Don" Lewis

FRIERSON, LA - Funeral services for Leonard "Don" Lewis, 82, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 29, 2009 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Earhart and Rev. Lynne Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2009 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.

Mr. Lewis entered into rest March 26, 2009 in Frierson, LA. He was a retired Welder for Olin Chemical Co., and a resident of Frierson for fourteen years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Lewis and son, Jerry Wayne Lewis.

Survivors include his daughters Cathey Farmer and husband Tommy; Belinda "B" Prudhome and husband David; daughter-in-law, Beverly Lewis; two sisters, Selma Bethany and Deo Vaughn; six grandchildren, Robert Lewis and wife Shannon', Lisa Monique Thomas and husband Bryan; Terral Brown and wife Nena, Casey Brown and wife Sissy; April Strickland and husband Kyle and Jennifer Thompson, and seventeen Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Robert Wayne Lewis, Terral Lynn Brown, Casey Don Brown, Ricky Rains, "Red" Monette, Glenn Branch.
