1929 – 2005

Funeral services Charlsie Bellah, 75, of Haltom City, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 2, 2005, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba, with grandson, Rev. Marcus Bellah officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery near Alba.  Mrs. Bellah died Sunday, January 30, at a Arlington hospital.  She was born April 22, 1929 to William Newton and Johnnie Davis English. She was in the education industry with food services.  Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, James and Nancy Bellah of Fort Worth; a brother, L.A. English of Quitman; three sisters, Lola Tucker of Quitman, Velma Hass of Sulphur Springs, and twin sister, Frankie Hass of Springtown; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Howard Bellah; and a brother, J.D. English.  Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel in Fort Worth.
