Funeral services for Jerry Don Gilbreath, 59,
Emory, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral
Home with Rev. Kevin Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Hill
Cemetery in Wood County. Pallbearers are Danny Plant, Ronnie Gilbreath, Gary
Steed, Michael Hooten, Ellis Johnson, Scott Anderson, and Donald Mac Gilbreath.
Mr. Gilbreath died Sunday, April 16, 2006, at Hopkins County Memorial
Hospital. He was born June 2, 1945 in Littlefield to Huey and Floy Gallaway
Gilbreath. He was a carpet installer and a Baptist. He is survived by son
Darrel Wayne Gilbreath and fiancee Juanita of Tawakoni; brothers, Clyde
Gilbreath of Emory, Dwayne Gilbreath and wife Pat of Emory, and Bill Gilbreath
and wife Sharon of WHitewright; and sisters Doris Plant of Seagoville, Alice
Gilbreath of Dalls, Linda Redfern of Seagoville and Diane Shelly of Dallas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Lorene Pogue; a brother,
ROnnie Dale Gilbreath, a half-sister, Virginia Blaylock; two nephews, Roger
Pogue and Steve Plant; a brother-in-law, Austin Plant; and wife Mary Gilbreath.

QUITMAN — Lacey Elizabeth McMinn, three months,
died Oct. 18, 2006, in Yantis. Graveside services are at 5 p.m. today at Rock
Hill Cemetery in Wood County with Rev. David Smith officiating. Born June 30,
2006, in Plano, she was the daughter of Chris and Meagan McMinn. Survivors
are her parents of Yantis; a brother, Riley McMinn of Yantis; grandparents
Sharon Gray, Alicia White, Jimmy and Gayle McMinn, and Denise Johnson; and
great-grandparents Jimmy and Elizabeth McMinn and Opal Johnson. A
grandfather, Kirk Johnson, preceded her in death. Lowe Funeral Home of
Quitman is in charge of arrangements
