Graves Cemetery
Wharton County, Cemeteries of Texas
Submitted by Lois Kennedy

This cemetery is located on CR 291, but the information does not say from what point. There is an attached sheet of paper that lists other graves with a number 80 and 191. In # 80 there are three graves, and in 191 there are three listed. I am assuming that all of these are in the Graves Cemetery.
There is no named person who did the survey, nor when it was done. The oldest marker is for Bettie A. Wallace, who died Jul 04 1900. The last marker is dated in 1982. In all probability the survey was done in 1984, or later.
