Bill Kelly Cemetery may be reached from Oakhurst, south on Hwy. 946 1 ½ miles, take FM 3018 2 miles, and continue south on dirt road 2 ½ miles.It is in the Raven Hill Community and reached via dirt road This grave of a Confederate soldier is approximately ¾ miles east of Jenkins Cemetery, and may be reached on foot Whatever trail there may have been has grown over, and the cemetery is no longer used. 

Local sources say there are about 5 graves there but they cannot be identified Only three graves are known.
