Know all men by these presents that I Mary A. Strong of the County of Rusk and State of Texas for respect I have for the dead and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid the receipt where-of is hereby acknowledged. I have this day set apart gave and granted and by these presents do give and Convey unto all persons interested therein the following described tract or parce of land to wit- a part of the headwright of the Jno Hallum Survey beginning near the west boundry line of the said Jno. Hallum Survey at a stake from which a red oak bears N 45 S three yards distance and another bears S 45 W three yds distant Thence N one hundred twenty one yds to stake . Thence W one hundred and twenty yards to stake Thence N one hundred twenty one yds to Stake Thence S one hundred and twenty yards to stake Thence E one hundred and twenty yards to place of beginning containing three acres place of beginning containing three acres for the use and benefit of a place of beginning containing three acres for the use and benefit of a grave yard to be applied soley to the object herein stated and the said persons interested is to have and to hold the property aforesaid for the use aforesaid free from the claim or claims of my self my heirs my executors or administrators and from the claims of all others whatever. From Carthage to Henderson on Hiway 79, approximately nine miles from Henderson, turn tight on CR 333 about 1.3 miles to 334 then turn right on next road after 335-D.- Cemetery is well cared for with a chain link fence around both the white and the black section.
