Located on a tract of land now owned by Henderson Clay Products, just off Highway 259 north in Henderson.

Mary Bacheller Morris, born in North Carolina 1785, widow of Judge Aquilla Morris. Mother of Judge William Wright Morris and Martha Morris Spivy.

The location of this gravesite was in the garden of the original family home built in 1847.
