Funeral services for Alma Marie Teller, 70, of Point were held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 5, at Point Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.B. Harlan officiating. Burial was in Lynch Cemetery. Pallbearers were Edward Bowers, Justin Quinn, Pete Tolleson, Lyle Varnes, Bill Waters, and Gary Tolleson. Mrs. Teller died Wednesday, June 1, 2005, at East Texas Medical Center of Quitman. She was born on May 18, 1935, to Justin and Alma Mae Cooney Quinn, in Philadelphia, Penn. She married Harry C. Teller on December 19, 1988, in Pennsylvania. She was a homemaker and a Catholic. She is survived by a son, Edward Bowers of Allen; daughters, Judy Varnes of West Tawakoni, Nancy Stradley of Point, Alma Tolleson of East Tawakoni, and Justine Tant of Greenville; brother, Justin Quinn; sister, Elsie Montpas of Plano; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
