Services for James Williams will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday , Aug 13, 2002 , at the First Assembly Church of God in Christ with the Rev. Hurbert Owens officiating. Burial will be in Jerusalem Cemetery. Arrangements are by Craig Funeral Home. Visitation is 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Survivors include his mother, Bernice Williams; four brothers and six sisters.

Comments:  "Chubby"  as he was called,  went to Beckville Schools and was a Veteran.  He worked in later years in logging operations for Felix Martin and Bill Dailey.
