WOLFE CITY -- Kathleen Wilcox Williams, 61, of Pottsboro died Tuesday at her home. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church of Sherman with Rev. Jim Pledger officiating. Burial is in Mount Carmel Cemetery.

Born Feb. 2, 1941, in Hunt County, she was the daughter of Loyd and Alvrietta Thornton Wilcox. On June 12, 1959, she was married to Don H. Williams. She was a longtime employee of American Bank of Texas in Sherman where she served as a vice president.

Surviving are her husband of 43 years; three daughters, Kathy Williams, Karen Spencer and husband Jeff and Kristi Jemeyson and husband Derek; her father; a sister, Alma Joyce Traylor; brother Dwight Wilcox and seven grandchildren, Drake, Kellen and Bailey Jemeyson, Shea, Alexa Brooks and Natalie Spencer and Kraiger Kennedy.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman.
