Wolfe City-Thelma White, 64, of Wolfe City died Wednesday in a Greenville hospital after a short illness.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Owens Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.

Mrs. White was born in Fannin County May 28, 1915, the daughter of D.E. and Minnie Green Woodruff. She married T.E. White Oct. 26, 1929; he preceded her in death.

Survivors include her mother, Minnie Woodruff; sons Thomas White of Bonham and Michael White of Wolfe City; daughters, Lena Sanders and Debbie Brewer of Wolfe City; brothers, Robert Woodruff and Billy Woodruff of Wolfe City, James and Kenneth Woodruff of Arlington; sisters, Mrs. Clyde Francisco of Cheyenne, Wyo., Jewels Nichols and Bernice Lamberson of Borger, Delberta Frith of Amarillo, and Vera Walker of Wolfe City; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Owens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
