WOLFE CITY - Flora Mae Standifer, 82, of Parkhaven Nursing Home in Greenville died Thursday at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. There is a funeral service at 3 p.m. Sunday at R.W. Owens & Son Funeral Home. Burial is in Mount Carmel Cemetery.

She was born June 8, 1917 in Wolfe City to Robert F. and Annie Lou Grissom Martin. She married J.R. Standifer on Oct. 5, 1948.

Mrs. Standifer was a homemaker and a member of Jehovah's Witness.

Surviving are two daughters, Ruby Jean Clinton of Greenville and Linda Standifer Shamke of Greenville; two sisters, Wanda Martin of Wolfe City and Bonnie Broiles of Mesquite and one grandson.
