Radican

Wolfe City-Funeral services for J.R. Radican, Jr., 63, of Wolfe City will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Owens Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mike Redd and Dwight Gardner officiating. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery. Mr. Radican died Thursday morning at his home.

He was born Aug. 17, 1920 in Ridgeway to James Ross and Florence Roberts Radican.

He married the former Alma Joe Cunningham on Aug. 5, 1941 in Windom.

A member of the Wolfe City Volunteer Fire Department for 30 years, Mr. Radican was a rancher and a restaurant owner.

Surviving are his wife, Alma of Wolfe City; mother, Florence Radican of Irving; brother, Raymond RAdican of Bells; sisters, Melcba Jobe and Betty Harwell, both of Irvingand amd LaRue Baker of Goutiere, Miss.
