Mrs. Johnson (Sulphur Springs News Telegram, May 26, 1975)
Mrs. Fannie Johnson, 78, of Dallas died at 6:15 a.m. Sunday in the Terrell Convalescent Center.
A member of the Baptist Church, Mrs. Johnson was born Nov. 22, 1896 to Tom and Amelia Lynch Junell and had lived in Dallas for the past 35 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Floy Linington of Dallas; four step-sons, C.V. Johnson of Oceanside, Calif., L.E. Johnson of Lake Tawakoni, C.E. Johnson of Grand Prairie and J.V. Johnson of Dallas; a step-daughter, Mrs. Fay Cook of Cove, Ark.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Miller Grove Methodist Church with the Rev. Morris Hill officiating. Interment will be in Miller Grove Cemetery.
The body will remain at Tapp Funeral Home until 12:30 p.m. Tuesday when it will be moved to the church.
