This cemetery has been recorded as the Hollingsworth Cemetery, but it was actually the Old Ellsworth Community Cemetery. The Hollongsworth family did not arrive there till after it was long in use. Originally it had many wooden markers. Guesses of up to 100 graves.

stone is broken and on the ground and almost unreadable. She was the daughter of William
C. Douglass b: in TN in 1811 d: in Clay Co., TX in 1884 and Lucy Anna Seawell Douglass.
All of the family moved to Clay Co. after Katie died. |
