Wise Funeral Home Additional Information
Parker, E.A. funeral was handled by the Wise Funeral Home notes on record say he died in Ivanhoe, Fannin County and was a member of the Woodmen Order.
Denison, Mrs. Mattie Gentry buried in "Bettis Cemetery" according to the Wise funeral Home records, died week of 16 Feb 1917.
Adam’s Family Note:
John C. Adams was a son of Edmund Hunt Adams and his first wife, Amanda Jane Ballard. Edmund was a son of Absolom Adams and grandson of William Adams. More information.
Obituaries from Pat Stephenson:
"Maxine Fogle, the year old daughter of Mr. & Mrs. B.M. Fogle of Ivanhoe died yesterday and was buried this afternoon at the Bettes Cemetery" Fannin County Favorite Oct 04 1918 (during the flu epidemic)
"Edna Jewel, ten months old daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Paul Gaines died early this morning at the family home near Ivanhoe. The funeral will be held this afternoon. The interment will take place at the Bettes Grave Yard" Fannin County Favorite 17 Oct 1918 (during the flu epidemic)
