Obituary in the McKinney Courier 9/21/1934 Page 1   Mrs Eliza Frances Cave 87 years, 1 month and 11 days old wife of the late George Cave died at her home, three miles north of McKinney, this Saturday morning at 7:30 o'clock.  She had been enjoying fairly good health up until a short time before her passing, taking suddenly ill Thursday and passing away as previously mentioned, early this morning.  The deceased was born August 10, 1847 in Tennessee.  She was married to George Cave, now deceased, at Ozark, Mo. She and her husband moved to Texas and to this county soon afterward, she having lived on the farm where she died for the past thirty-three years.  Her husband died in 1922.  She and her husband were the parents of 10 children, six of whom survive as follows:  J T Cave of Melissa, W T Cave of Princeton, J I Cave at home on Route 4 McKinney, Everett Cave of Sparenburg, Texas, A B Cave of McKinney and Miss Iva Cave at home.  Three children died in infancy , a daughter Miss Nettie Cave died in 1925 being 42 years of age.  She had been a devoted member of the Christian Church since her childhood.  Funeral services will be held at the family home, north of this city, tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock, conducted by Christian minister of this city.  Interment will follow in the Orenduff cemetery under the direction of the Sam M? Funeral home of the City.
