Cemeteries of Texas Coordinator: Dolores I. Bishop
Location: From Bastrop, take Hwy 71 past Alum Creek community, east towards Smithville. The cemetery is located on the left side of the road within a mile of the Alum Creek Cemetery on the left, in the far back right of the property fronting the highway, in a chain link fence area. The sign over the gate reads: Adams-Thompson Cemetery 1890 but some road maps show the name as Thompson-Morris.
